The Hiring Process

Thanks for your interest in Atelier Lumikha. You can learn about our application and interview process here. We’ve developed this process over twelve years of operating BPO’s in the Philippines and it’s designed to bring together a great team of simpatico people who work well together.

Our global aspirations are fueled by our local engagement with the best, most talented people in Dumaguete and beyond. When you join Lumikha, you’ll learn that we are very invested in employee longevity so we invest heavily in learning and coaching everyone who we hire.

Here’s how you can get hired and join our rollicking ship of pirates:

Step One – Online Application Process

  1. Browse Our Open Positions
    Check out our available positions. We keep these posted online here.
  2. Complete the Online Application
    Give us a quick summary of who you are and what you want to do. You’ll want to have the following information handy when you complete the form:

    • Your contact info (including personal email address and mobile number)
    • Your recent work history info (position, dates, etc)
    • Present contact info of at least one character or professional reference
    • For website development, graphic design, content writing and similar jobs, please give us a link or links of your online portfolio
  3. Take a Short Quiz
    Our quiz is short and sweet and it’s designed to help us understand your personality so we can find the best position for you here at Atelier Lumikha.
  4. Schedule a Phone Interview
    You will find an online scheduler at the end of the quiz. Just request a time that is best for you to speak to someone from our Human Resources department.

Step Two – Interview Process

After we review your application and quiz, we will give you a call for a preliminary interview at the time you have scheduled during the online portion of the application process. The phone interview will be brief — no more than thirty minutes.

With your successful phone interview, our HR Manager will schedule you for a second face-to-face interview, with one of our department heads. For the face-to-face interview, you may wear something smart and clean that makes you feel comfy in.

The interview provides Atelier Lumikha and you the opportunity to ascertain if we are good for each other. You may prefer to think on the answers for the following questions/situations:

  • What were your previous jobs?
  • What skills do you have that can contribute well to Atelier Lumikha?
  • Why do you want to work at Atelier Lumikha?

Step Three – Reference Review

To verify any information that will aid us in successfully hiring you, we sometimes conduct a reference check. This may include your former employer or school teachers.

  • It’s always a good idea to inform your references that we may give a call.
